ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

REDUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE ISSUED DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM REQUEST AND HAVE TO BE APPROVED.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return OR exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the "Order Problem Request" form by clicking or copying and pasting this link: https://form.jotform.com/beijailushskin/order-problem-request-form. You can also contact us at beijaiboutiq@gmail.com.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will need to fill out the Order Problem Request Form before doing so. 

Refunds & Exchanges Decision Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

SHIPPING POLICY

HANDLEING TIME & PROCESS
Some of our products  are made to order and are processed in which they are placed. Handling time may take up to 5 days from when the order has been placed and shipping ETA may be longer. We thank you for your patience as we want to make sure that your items are correct.
 
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!
 
DAMAGES
Any damages to the product upon arrival to the buyer will receive free shipping for exchanges. Photo of the broken or torn product must be sent to Bei'Jai Lush Skin within 72hrs for exchange of the product. Please fill out the Order Problem Request Form by clicking or copying and past the link below.

SHIPPING
Shipping fees apply ONLY within the US. We are not providing International shipping at this time. Some orders are shipped on the next business day or may be shipped same business day if ordered before 11:59 am CST. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day (i.e Monday). You will receive emails with updates about your order. Please make sure that your information is correct and your email and phone number are on file. Disregarding to do so will delay your delivery and order process. In unfortunate circumstances, shipping delays may occur. Please be patient with us, though we do not control courier ship-out dates and time ETA after your order has been dropped off at the selected courier. LOCAL DELIVERY
Not all products are available for local delivery. During checkout, enter your address and choose the local delivery option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 40 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 2PM CST during store hours (10am - 6pm) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or text message (msg data rates may apply) with real-time delivery information.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days using USPS and 3-7days via UPS & FedEx. Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated, depending on your choice and carrier, and are displayed at checkout. For orders subtotal of $100 or more, will receive free shipping. We are not providing International shipping at this time.
